Rockwell Land Corporation (“Rockwell”) respects your privacy and recognizes its responsibility to protect and manage the personal data that you have directly and voluntarily submitted to us in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), other issuances of National Privacy Commission and other relevant laws of the Philippines. The data we collect are for the following purposes: • Quick visibility and tracking of the credibility of individual and company documents; • Accurate compilation and computation of sales made for the year 2025 under each broker; • Correct delivery of any necessary documents and rewards claimed to the address placed. The specific type of data collected by Rockwell for the specific purpose identified above are the following: • Personal information (i.e., Name, Birthday, Contact Details, Address, Valid IDs) • Broker credentials (i.e., TIN, PRC License No., DHSUD No., Company Certificate of Registration with BIR, Official Receipts) With respect to the data collected pertaining to your person, you are entitled to: • Information and notice of any personal information pertaining to you that may subsequently be collected by Rockwell; • Reasonable access to the information collected; • Dispute and correct any inaccuracy or error in the personal information collected and retained unless the request is unreasonable; • Suspend, withdraw, or order the blocking, removal or destruction of personal information from Rockwell’s filing system upon discovery and proof that the personal information is incomplete, outdated, false, or unlawfully obtained, used for unauthorized purposes, or are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected; • Be indemnified for any damages sustained due to inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, unlawfully obtained or unauthorized use of personal information; • File a privacy complaint to Rockwell for any violations of data protection. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that all such personal data you submit is accurate, complete and up-to-date. As a general rule, we are not allowed to share your data to third parties except in limited circumstances as noted below. A third party is engaged, FutureX, to the development and maintenance of this website. All third parties with which we share this personal data are under obligation to use your personal data in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy and may not be used for any other purpose outside of the development and maintenance of the Rock Your Rewards website. By submitting your broker accreditation application, you authorize Rockwell to disclose your personal data to accredited/affiliated third parties. The personal data will be kept in our facilities located in the Philippines and will only be deleted after 5 years of inactivity from the last sale made, unless you request your personal data to be deleted in our systems, databases and hardcopies immediately.
